The Extended Newton Clan travelled to NYC between Christmas and New
Years.
We stayed in a hotel in the Financial District, near Ground Zero
(above).
Construction will continue at the WTC sights for awhile. It's
an amazing
sight to see that much construction on such a big sight.
Some i-beams with rubble from the WTC in the shape of a cross, now
in front of St. Peter's church.

Teaming humanity
Many of us took a cruise around Manhatten, but it was a foggy day.
Here's our

There's an Irish memorial near Battery Park with an actual homestead
brought over from Ireland.
It really did look just like the grass and stones of Ireland . . .
it was a memorial to the famine and
mass-exodus.
